Vibzi is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any sexually explicit content as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257. All content on the Vibzi platform is user-generated. Vibzi operates as a platform provider and interactive computer service as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 230.
Age verification
All models on the Vibzi platform are required to confirm they are 18 years of age or older at the time of application. Vibzi reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification from any model at any time. Any model found to be under 18 will be immediately removed from the platform and the matter reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
Record keeping
To the extent Vibzi is considered a secondary producer under applicable regulations, records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the Custodian of Records at the address below. These records are available for inspection as required by law.

Reporting child exploitation
Vibzi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content discovered on the platform is immediately removed, the account permanently banned, and a report filed with NCMEC's CyberTipline and relevant law enforcement.
