Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Vibzi. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Vibzi. By using the platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and the matter reported to relevant authorities.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vibzi to transmit, distribute, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
3. Prohibited content
The following content is strictly prohibited on Vibzi: any content involving minors; non-consensual sexual content; content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm; content that violates any applicable law or regulation. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
4. Coins and payments
Coins are a virtual currency used within the Vibzi platform. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money by users (models have a separate payout system). All coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Vibzi reserves the right to modify coin pricing at any time.
5. Intellectual property
Vibzi and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform and its content. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Vibzi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with operating the platform.
6. Disclaimers
Vibzi is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the content of user communications or the conduct of users.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Vibzi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
